How does Manufacturer’s Warranty work?

Products sold with manufacturer warranty can be repaired free of charge during the stated warranty period by an authorised repair agent. To obtain repair on an item that has failed in the warranty period, simply take your C & C Warehouse invoice as proof of purchase. Some manufacturers will not accept your eBay invoice as a valid invoice so always ensure that you use the C & C Warehouse invoice that came with your purchase. Manufacturer contact details can be found via their relevant website.

Please note: We are not an authorised repair agent for any products. You will need to contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims.
