This is common. We use email, not eBay messages to communicate with our customers. While eBay does forward messages to our email, sometimes not all messages are received. Please email us at customer.service@cncwarehouse.com.au. If you do you use eBay messages, you must ensure your eBay account has the right email address on it as we send all replies to that address. Make sure your SPAM filter is set to receive emails from customer.service@cncwarehouse.com.au.
